My Coaching Approach

I believe healing happens in the quiet spaces where we feel safe enough to exhale. My role as a coach is not to fix you—because you are not broken—but to walk with you as you remember the wholeness that’s already within.

Our work is grounded in the wisdom of the Enneagram, enriched by my background in social work, trauma-informed care, and somatic awareness.
This holistic blend helps us approach growth through three dimensions:

Mind — Awareness
The Enneagram reveals your patterns of thought, emotion, and defence, helping you understand not just what you do, but why.

Heart — Compassion
Through trauma-informed and relational practice, we learn to meet those patterns with kindness instead of judgment.

Body — Integration
With somatic tools and nervous system awareness, insight becomes embodied change—something you can feel and live, not just understand.
