“The way you tell your story shapes the way you live it.”

Change begins with understanding

You may know that something needs to change without knowing where to begin. You might feel stuck in repeated patterns, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about what you truly need.

Coaching offers a space to pause, look beneath the surface, and understand what has been shaping your choices, emotions, and relationships. There is no single path that fits everyone. We begin with where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.

1. Pause and Connect

Our work begins with a conversation about what is happening in your life, what feels difficult, and what you hope will change. This is a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can speak honestly and feel heard.

2. Understand Your Patterns

Together, we explore the beliefs, emotional needs, past experiences, and automatic reactions influencing your life. Enneagram insights and reflective coaching may help you recognize patterns that were previously difficult to see.

3. Reconnect With Yourself

As your self-awareness grows, you begin to identify your needs, values, boundaries, and authentic voice. You learn to respond with greater intention instead of reacting from fear, habit, or old emotional wounds.

4. Create Meaningful Change

Insight becomes practical action. You begin making conscious choices, communicating more clearly, strengthening your relationships, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

A Whole-Person Approach

My coaching approach brings together Enneagram insights, social work, trauma-informed practice, and body awareness. We explore change through three connected dimensions:

Mind — Understanding

The Enneagram helps you recognize the patterns, beliefs, and automatic reactions influencing your choices. This allows you to understand not only what you do, but what may be driving it.

Heart — Compassion

Awareness alone is not enough. Together, we approach your emotions, needs, and experiences with curiosity and compassion—creating space for acceptance instead of self-judgment.

Body — Integration

Through mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness, you learn to notice how stress and emotions show up physically. This helps you feel more grounded and turn insight into changes you can practise in everyday life.

Your Path Is Your Own

Growth is not a straight line, and you do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to walk beside you as you discover what is true for you.

Ready to Explore Your Path?

Book an introductory session and take the first step toward greater clarity, connection, and conscious change.

There’s no rush, no pressure—only the steady unfolding of what’s ready to be seen.

Begin with Reflection

Before you take your next step, pause.
Breathe.

What part of me is asking to be seen right now?
What would it feel like to walk beside that part with compassion?

If something in you is whispering yes, that’s where the path begins.

Whether you’re navigating burnout, relationship patterns, or a quiet longing for change, this space invites you to come as you are.
You don’t need to have the words yet—only the willingness to begin.
